Partridge and Orange - Fly Tying Bundle

If you're not swinging soft hackles, you're missing out! Soft hackles and wet flies are a staff favorite for good reason; something about them swinging through the current just drives trout crazy. No Spring fly box is complete without a selection of different wet flies, and for Jack, the Partridge and Orange tops the list of must-have springtime flies. This fly can be tied simply with orange thread and a Partridge feather, or you can spice it up a bit with some wire rib to add segmentation and durability, and a small dubbing thorax to add some bugginess. Don't find yourself on the water without a few of these this spring!
