Stream Conditions: 1700 cfs
Fishing Overview: Great flows for a float. Fish are holding on banks as flows continue to drop to the average summer levels. Make that cast as close to the bank as you can. Be prepared to change retrieve speeds to find out what fish are looking for that day. Baitfish higher in the water column seem to be the ticket. Wigglys have been great on shadow lines
