Precision Fly and Tackle offers Free Economy Shipping on orders over $50.00 (7-10 Business Days) with any online purchase. If you need your items quicker, you can choose from our Ground Service (5-7 Business Days) for $13.95.
Shipping surcharges on over-sized or extremely heavy items or one piece rods from our tackle side will still apply. Someone from one of our store locations to give you a shipping rate. Orders typically ship from one of our 3 locations or one of our shipping partners within 24-48 hours after you purchase. Some items shipped directly from the vendor may have longer delivery lead times. **International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

- Expedited (1-3 Days) $49.95

Returns
You have 30 days from order date to return an item.
To submit a notification of return or request for refund, follow these steps:
- All returned items must be in unused condition and original packaging. You may be asked to return the item, even if damaged, or to submit a photograph.

All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must include a copy of the packing slip and/ or original receipt.

Non-returnable items
Custom Items like custom built waders are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This includes 'sale' and 'clearance' items. Gift cards and cards for services cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or returned.
Backorder Policy
Backordered items will ship within 3-7 business days after the item is back in stock. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, the backordered portion will be shipped at no additional charge. A Precision Staff member will reach out to you if there is going to be a delivery charge on any backordered items. We will communicate through email and phone.
