Conehead Peacock Bugger

On a recent fly fishing trip to an unknown still water, I studied my fly box. With time ticking away, I reached for the one Conehead Peacock Bugger in my box. The wind whipped around me, forcing me to forgo the one man pontoon and wade into the water. After just a few casts, I felt a strong pull on my line – and before I knew it, I had five beautiful trout to my net, gently released, of course. But my luck ran out when a trout snapped off my trusty bugger. Back home, I quickly reordered a batch to ensure I wouldn't be caught empty-handed again.
