    The perfect all-purpose fly fishing waders should check a lot of boxes, so we started by building our Men’s Ultralight Waders to be durable, thanks to a four-layer waterproof nylon shell that’s also breathable, so you won’t overheat in summer. Add layers underneath, and you can fish comfortably all year long. They’ve also got to let you do what you have to do to get to prime water. The mechanical stretch moves with your body, down embankments, over fallen trees, and up the occasional rock face. And, of course, they’ve got to resist punctures and abrasions: check and check. This rod is very close to a new rod. The cork may be a little darker than brand new, but no different than a rod that was cast in the parking lot a few times 9 – Almost New. This rod has seen the water a few times. The cork may be slightly darker than new and may have a few small scratches 8 – Great. This is a very lightly used rod. Think of it as a rod that saw a week on the water for a certain trip. The blank and reel seat may have more frequent scratches. No structural damage to any portion of the rod. 7 – Very Good. This rod has seen its days on the water. The cork will be dark and could have some scratches through the rod that are visible. Small cracks in the epoxy are possible. This rod is ready to fish and makes a great back up or new rod for targeting different fish. 6 – Good. A rod that has seen many seasons on the water. The rod may have dark cork, and missing some filler in the cork. The rod will have scratches and damage to the epoxy around the guides. Bent guides are possible. The rod is 100% fishable but will look like a heavily used rod. 5 and Below – Any rod rated 5 and below will not be fishable. Most of these rods will need some sort of repair to get on the water.

Constructed from 840-denier, abrasion- and puncture-resistant ballistic nylon and then coated with .1mm TPU on both sides of the fabric, our 28L PRO Boat Bag is the best in its class. After consulting with the nation’s leading driftboat and raft builders, we settled on a 28L volume with a shape expressly designed to fit the most critical boat spaces in front of a rower’s foot bar or to your side without hampering an oar stroke. If at first glance the bag looks minimal, your perception's served you wisely. There’s really nothing on the outside to catch fly line, and even the Hypalon® tool docking station, fly patch, and wildly popular, patented, easy-access Tippet Whippet have been welded onto the fabric instead of sewn in so there’s no possibility of water leakage. The interior of the bag is protected from water via a proven YKK AquaGuard® zipper with a secondary, interior splash rim just above to ward off errant water intrusion when unzipped.     Our durable PRO Waterproof Backpack 30L, is constructed from 840-denier, abrasion- and puncture-resistant ballistic nylon, and then coated with .1mm TPU on both sides of the fabric. We’ve yet to see a more waterproof and thoroughly seam-sealed pack collection on the planet. Thirty waterproof liters of storage give you ample day pack capability and then some. With a slightly longer back panel, we’ve even rethought the way a pack capable of holding so much gear sits on your hips, yet wears like it’s hardly even behind you. Our answer came in the form of a wider lumbar strap/buckle with larger, pocketed wings. Both fit and feel just right without constricting movement. Also note the beefy, submersible, easy-slide, #10 TIZIP® MasterSeal zipper, as that one’s critical. With actual teeth that grab and seal, it prevents the dreaded blowout that plagues packs with a sandwich bag-style closure. Gear stays bone dry and access is easy thanks to a generous opening with an interior we’ve brightened up by adding a high-vis chartreuse color. We’ve also redesigned the shoulder straps and back panel with perforated 10mm foam padding, decreasing weight and bulk while allowing for better air circulation. In short, the days of the dreaded ‘misty back’ are over. Deep dive into further features and you’ll find an integrated back panel net scabbard and exterior D-ring, rod-tube cam straps, water bottle pocket with retention leash, and internal hanging pockets to keep gear organized. The shoulder straps even give you accessory docking stations and a unique buckle that lets you customize even more by adding our 3L Chest Pack and 2L Chest/Hip Pack, making the PRO Waterproof Backpack the day pack to end all day packs.
