The Green Drake (Ephemera guttulatais) one of the largest mayflies that trout have available to them in their diet. Most green drake nymphs emerge out of their nymphal shuck quickly. Baetis mayflies hatch throughout most of the year, which makes the blue-winged olive pattern an excellent trout fly to carry in your fly box year around. Trout can be fickle, so carry several "flavors" of baetis, including the blue-winged olive extended body, the blue-winged olive hatchmaster and the blue-winged olive thorax.
An ant with super powers! This high-floating, highly visible ant from the mind of Mr Lance is big enough to get noticed and big enough to suspend a small dropper, but small enough to fool the wariest trout.
This evolution by Mr Antonio reminds us of Mr Tracy's bat wing flies. This fly, however, uses CDC and a hi viz fluoro post. Trailed by a small RS2 or Mole Fly, it has become a go-to Spring and Fall fly.
The classic Chubby Chernobyl is known for immitating numerous types insects (from stoneflies to terrestials) as well as being a great indicator for a dry-dropper rig. Using the foam liner from a drawer, Mr Davidson originally tied an ant pattern (no Chubby style wings). In a moment of mash-up, he combined the two concepts. Use this variation by itself or as the top fly in a dry-dropper rig during hot summer days.
It's a midge. It's a caddis. It's a....pure fish catcher. Born on the Green River in Utah, this pattern is fished to immitate everything from a cluster of midges to a caddis to a terrestrial. We don't know what the fish think it is, but it is pure fire.

This fly is likely considered as the same "species" as a Chubby Chernobyl, but related in the same way that a large timber wolf is related to a wiley coyote. This is the coyote; perfect for holding up a small dropper and small enough to fish by itself. This fly is desgined to float well and be highly visible.
