We have some exciting news to share with our fellow anglers — Precision Fly & Tackle is officially expanding to State College, PA with the acquisition of FlyFisher's Paradise.
For over five decades, FlyFisher's Paradise has been a pillar in Pennsylvania’s fly fishing community. Founded in 1971, it became known far and wide for its deep expertise, carefully curated selection, and its role in mentoring generations of anglers on the region’s legendary waters. To many, it has been more than just a fly shop — it’s been a trusted friend, a place to share stories, swap patterns, and learn the craft.
When the opportunity arose to continue this legacy, we knew it was the perfect fit. At Precision Fly & Tackle, our mission has always been to combine expert advice, top-quality gear, and a welcoming atmosphere to help anglers of every skill level succeed on the water. Bringing FlyFisher's Paradise into our family means we can carry its proud tradition into the future while adding new ways to serve our community.
