Share Your Fly Fishing Art with Precision Fly Fishing
Precision Fly Fishing is inviting artists from our community and beyond to submit original artwork inspired by fly fishing, wild waters, and the places we love. This is an opportunity to have your art become part of our brand story—featured on apparel, packaging, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
If fly fishing fuels your creativity, we want to see what you’ve been working on.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking artwork that reflects:
- Fly fishing culture and lifestyle
- Rivers, streams, and wild places
- Fish, flies, and the details that make this pursuit special
- A style that feels authentic, timeless, and rooted in the water
Please do not include:
- Copyrighted logos, characters, or artwork not owned by the artist
- Offensive, political, or explicit content
Artwork can be illustrative, graphic, hand-drawn, digital, or mixed media—as long as it’s original and created by you.
How Your Art May Be Used
Selected designs may be featured across:
- Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, accessories)
- Marketing materials (posters, ads, signage)
- Product packaging
- Digital platforms (website, email, social media)
- Artists whose work is selected will be credited whenever possible.
Compensation
Royalty-Based Commission
This opportunity is structured as a royalty-based commission. If your artwork is selected and used, you’ll earn royalties on approved designs sold or distributed by Precision Fly Fishing.
Specific royalty details will be discussed directly with selected artists before production.
Submission Guidelines & Eligibility
- Open to artists 18 years and older
- Each artist may submit up to 5 original designs
- Artwork must be original and created by the submitting artist
- Files should be high-quality and suitable for print and digital use
Not eligible: Employees of Precision Fly Fishing and their immediate family members.
How to Submit Your Work
To participate, email a jpeg or photo of your submission(s) to be reviewed. If your work is a good fit, we’ll reach out to continue the conversation. Thank you!
PLEASE INCLUDE:
- Your Name
- A brief artist bio (optional but encouraged)
- Up to 5 artwork submissions (or links to files)
- Any notes about inspiration, medium, or intended use
Intellectual Property & Rights
- Artists retain ownership of their original artwork
- By submitting, artists grant Precision Fly and Tackle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, display, and promote submitted designs
- If a design is selected for production, the artist will be required to sign a separate agreement granting Precision Fly and Tackle rights to use the design commercially
