The Half Pint, developed by Domenik Swentosky of Troutbitten, is an easy-to-tie and versatile streamer pattern. This streamer imitates tons of forage for trout: tie it with natural and wood duck dyed Mallard Flank to stick to the original pattern or switch things up and use whatever colors of Mallard Flank you're confident in! The barring on the mallard, when palmered, gives this pattern a very natural appearance in the water, especially when tied with minimal flash. This is one to add to your box!
