Requirements

  • A positive attitude with the goal of learning and teaching others about fly fishing
  • A team-player mentality, always striving to provide the best customer experience
  • Flexibility in schedules to include some weekend shifts
  • A substantial understanding of fly fishing and fly tying is required
  • A good understanding of local fisheries

Responsibilities

  • Helping customers on the sales floor
  • Stocking and maintaining store inventory
  • Cleaning and organizing the store, bathrooms, and all common areas
  • Pricing inventory
  • Assisting with ordering
  • Assisting with online orders, shipping, and packing responsibilities
