It is made of fluorocarbon with a reinforced core, and its short length will give you a good uniform sink between fly, leader, and line. If you are swinging wet flies and soft hackles, and nymphs I would recommend the Moonlit Big Hog Leader, constructed of polyester thread and fluorocarbon core.
