Pat's Rubberleg Stonefly is a simple Stonefly pattern that has fooled trout for decades...Weighted underbody, dense chenille, and long squirmy rubber legs is all it takes for Pat's Rubberlegs to continue putting fish in the net. Fluorocarbon leader will help the plummet and get you in the zone. Add a jig hook to keep the fly from catching the bottom of the river, and a dense tungsten bead to get the fly deep, where big fish prefer to feed, and you have a winner.
Please note that due to variations in material, sizes 6 and 8 are slightly darker shade than sizes 10-14. Overall, the shade of brown for both is closer to the old "light brown" M&M color than the dark brown M&Ms.
