Prolific hatches occur on reservoirs, lakes and ponds beginning in May and continuing through August. The Colossalbaetis Dry is a near-perfect imitation of the Callibaetis dun as it rests on the surface drying its wings before taking flight. The Colossalbaetis Dry is tied with an inverted hook and dun-cut hackle to assure an upright and natural presentation on the water with every cast. Don't let that scare you though...that's what makes it so deadly.
