View full detailsThe EC Caddis pattern is designed to imitate an emerging caddis trapped in their pupal shuck as they attempt to emerge. It is best to apply a floatant to the head and the thorax of the fly, but let the abdomen sink in the water, similar to the way you would fish a cripple.

View full detailsIt's hard to duplicate the number of fish this pattern has landed with any other caddis dry fly...this pattern just flat out catches fish. Weary, eager, spooked fish all come back for the E/C Caddis. You don't need a dropper or a tandem, just more of these.

View full detailsThe Green Drake (Ephemera guttulatais) one of the largest mayflies available to trout. They hatch mid-day, and will cause trout to completely abandon any other type of food. The nymph emerges to the surface of the water quickly, and after drying its wings, flies off. This leaves little time for trout to grab a bite, so they become very opportunistic when they see the Dry Ice Green Drake fly pattern.
This very realistic hopper pattern also serves as a strike indicator on the "hopper dropper" or "hopper copper dropper" set-up.

View full detailsFishing the rivers of the mid-western and western United States from May into early October, you’ll experience hatches in the late afternoon and evening of North America’s largest mayfly, the Hexagenia. Big and beautiful, the XB Hex has a two toned yellow body and wing-profile that hungry trout can see coming from a long way off in low light or pitch dark conditions. With its closed-cell foam body, antron wing and dun cut hackle, the XB Hex is almost unsinkable and nearly indestructible. But, on any given day, the fish will have the final word on that claim!

View full detailsFishing the rivers of the western United States in June, July, August and even early September, you'll often experience hatches in the afternoon and evening of the west's largest mayfly, the Green Drake. Big and beautiful, the XB Green Drake has a profile that hungry trout can see coming from a long way off. The closed-cell foam extended body and dun cut hackle make this fly almost unsinkable, unless a hungry rainbow takes it under, that is. After the catch, straighten out the antron silhouette wing and you're ready for another go! And guess what, the trout will be, too!
