View full detailsThe Green Drake (Ephemera guttulatais) one of the largest mayflies available to trout. They hatch mid-day, and will cause trout to completely abandon any other type of food. The nymph emerges to the surface of the water quickly, and after drying its wings, flies off. This leaves little time for trout to grab a bite, so they become very opportunistic when they see the Dry Ice Green Drake fly pattern.
This very realistic hopper pattern also serves as a strike indicator on the "hopper dropper" or "hopper copper dropper" set-up.

View full detailsFishing the rivers of the mid-western and western United States from May into early October, you’ll experience hatches in the late afternoon and evening of North America’s largest mayfly, the Hexagenia. Big and beautiful, the XB Hex has a two toned yellow body and wing-profile that hungry trout can see coming from a long way off in low light or pitch dark conditions. With its closed-cell foam body, antron wing and dun cut hackle, the XB Hex is almost unsinkable and nearly indestructible. But, on any given day, the fish will have the final word on that claim!

Big and beautiful, the XB Green Drake has a profile that hungry trout can see coming from a long way off. The closed-cell foam extended body and dun cut hackle make this fly almost unsinkable, unless a hungry rainbow takes it under, that is. After the catch, straighten out the antron silhouette wing and you're ready for another go! And guess what, the trout will be, too!

View full detailsWithout question, the Callibaetis is the most important stillwater Mayfly in the western United States. Prolific hatches occur on reservoirs, lakes and ponds beginning in May and continuing through August. The Colossalbaetis Dry is a near-perfect imitation of the Callibaetis dun as it rests on the surface drying its wings before taking flight. The Colossalbaetis Dry is tied with an inverted hook and dun-cut hackle to assure an upright and natural presentation on the water with every cast. Fish the Colossalbaetis Dry on your favorite stillwater between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. when trout are actively feeding on the surface and you'll enjoy some of the best dry fly action of the summer.
