The Backeddy Wader delivers the fit, finish, durability, and performance you’ve always wished for in a wader with a clean, efficient design. Two years in the making, this wader delivers unique, thoughtful solutions to complicated problems: Magnetic shoulder yoke attachments eliminate line-catching buckles while still giving you Skwala waders’ renowned ease when getting in and out. Removable knee pads give you cushion for close-quarters streambed creeping on wary trout. A pass-through kangaroo chest pocket provides shelter for chilly hands and features dual-sided zippers to prevent hang ups on oar-handles while rowing. With a fluffy, fleeced wool interior and a durable knit face exterior, this is the shirt that shorn sheep wish they could wear. Technical by Nature Humans can't make insulation better than the one sheep grow. We've tried, but Merino wool outperforms synthetic materials for comfort, heat retention, moisture-wicking, and odor resistance. Instead of trying to one-up nature, we're working with it. Grown by sheep, perfected by technology, our Thermo Collection starts with the highest quality, hand-selected New Zealand wool. We send that wool to Germany where it gets blended with just enough synthetics to create the perfect stretch and woven into yarn. Designed to pair with our RS Waders, the RS Jacket provides sanctuary in even the harshest conditions. Featuring a fully taped and stretch-woven internal wrist cuff in addition to a comfortable and easily adjustable outer cuff, your arms will never be wet again. The unique pass through pockets allow cold hands access to body heat trapped in the waders’ warming pockets. The generous drop hood keeps water off your face in a downpour but won’t bunch around your neck when the jacket is fully zipped and the hood is down. If you relentlessly pursue fish, even on days when most anglers hide behind their tying benches, the RS Jacket will help you stay on the water longer. Our Thermo 350 Pants aren’t just under-waders: imagine if your favorite sweatpants, your favorite joggers, and your favorite cold-weather pants had a lovechild. They’re kind of like that.
