    The Story Our PRO Waterproof Roll Top Backpack 20L is constructed from 840-denier, abrasion- and puncture-resistant ballistic nylon, and then coated with .1mm TPU on both sides of the fabric. If there’s a more waterproof and more thoroughly seam-sealed pack collection on the planet, we’ve yet to see it. Twenty liters of storage give you ample protected space in this Roll Top for fishing gear, a jacket, and a PB&J sando or three, now in a stripped-down version that does away with all unnecessary weight for those who require waterproof storage on the move. Gear stays bone dry and access is easy thanks to a generous opening with an interior we’ve brightened up by adding a high-vis chartreuse color. A three-way top closure gives you compression options and allows you to scale the pack up or down based on the volume of gear inside. Minimalists and those who fish from small inflatables, this Roll Top is your daily driver, made even lighter with the addition of accessory docking zones on the breathable mesh shoulder straps that fit comfortably without soaking up water and weight. Weight 898g/1.98lbs. Ushered into the next decade with key design improvements, the Battenkill reel offers reliability and a workhorse nature we didn't touch—those aspects are not for negotiation. This rod is very close to a new rod. The cork may be a little darker than brand new, but no different than a rod that was cast in the parking lot a few times 9 – Almost New. This rod has seen the water a few times. The cork may be slightly darker than new and may have a few small scratches 8 – Great. This is a very lightly used rod. Think of it as a rod that saw a week on the water for a certain trip. The blank and reel seat may have more frequent scratches. No structural damage to any portion of the rod. 7 – Very Good. This rod has seen its days on the water. The cork will be dark and could have some scratches through the rod that are visible. Small cracks in the epoxy are possible. This rod is ready to fish and makes a great back up or new rod for targeting different fish. 6 – Good. A rod that has seen many seasons on the water. The rod may have dark cork, and missing some filler in the cork. The rod will have scratches and damage to the epoxy around the guides. Bent guides are possible. The rod is 100% fishable but will look like a heavily used rod. 5 and Below – Any rod rated 5 and below will not be fishable. Most of these rods will need some sort of repair to get on the water.

    PRO Textured Power Taper Fly Lines offer increased surface area, allowing the line to sit higher in the water, offering less drag, easier mending, less water spray and easier pick-ups. The micro-textured surface traps air to provide increases in both shootability and floatation while decreasing friction. PRO Power Taper is designed for loading faster action rods at a half-size heavier than industry standard grain weight. The advanced compound taper design allows for easier turn-over of heavier rigs, including larger dries, dry-dropper rigs, nymphs, and streamers. The Power Taper will load a rod deeper and quicker than a traditionally weighted line, helping to enhance "feel" and improve timing during the cast.
