Comfortable, Convenient with one Complaint

I was looking for an opportunity to get rid of my old felt-bottom wading boots because of fears of transferring water borne parasites, and when the third speed hook pulled out of my old boots, I was ready for another pair. Although I had originally heard that the Korkers' interchangeable soles were a fad, the guy at Precision sold me on them and I subsequently saw a lot of great reviews online that they were no longer a fad but a very workable system that allows for wading in a variety of conditions. Although I have only fished them a few times, I really like this interchangeable sole system, using the Kling-On Sticky sole on the gravely bottom of my local stream and the studded kling-on for the more boulder strewn streams by my cabin. I also LOVE the Boa Dial-in System, which allows for a comfortable and adjustable fit, but also for easy entry and exit out of the boots. I will never go back to laces again. However, my only complaint is that after a mile or so of walking the other day, my toes began to rub uncomfortably in the more narrow toe-box. This may just be an issue with my own particular foot, but a more generous toe-box would move my rating from a 4 to a 5. Hopefully with more wear, the boot may stretch a little. However, it is a rugged boot that I hope to get a lot of years out of.
