I took a class with Precision and they supplied these rods. Hard to beat the price and it’s a superb starter set. All you need is some flies (and I’d recommend a leader or two and some tippet) and you are good to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent backup or starter set.

Had the best time at the shop. Got a mini master class to get me back up to speed. Went over current and upcoming hatches. Helped me pick out tons of flies for the rivers close to me and the ones I want to go to. The Orvis Encounter has been a great outfit to get back into things. I pair it with a cheap cabelas rod I have for sinking tippet vs floating easily. Can’t wait to go back and fish beaver creek!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. The person helping me(want to say Brad? Wish I could remember his name) was so happy to get me back up to speed. Been snagging hogs since!!!!!
